- RETURNS
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- Yarn must be in it’s original condition (unused, clean, smoke-free)
- Accessories must be unopened and undamaged.
- Digital Patterns are not eligible and cannot be returned or refunded.
2. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
3. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you, Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order.
4. EXCHANGES
If you’d like to swap an item (e.g. a different colour) then please contact us first. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
6. SALE ITEMS
Sale and clearance items are final sale, unless they arrive with a fault that was not in the original listing.

- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item(s) are damaged.
