- All Crochet Lounge Patterns purchased are for personal use only.
- You may make items from our patterns and sell the finished items in small quantities if desired.
- You may not resell, share, copy, distribute or reproduce the patterns themselves in any form.
- Digital patterns are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded.
3. Orders and Payment
- Prices are listed in UK British Pounds
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal)
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
4. Shipping (For Physical Items)
- Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
- We ship to the addresses provided by customers; please check your details carefully.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
- Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
Physical Items (e.g. wool):
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and original condition.
- customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Digital Items (patterns):
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once the file has been accessed or delivered.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and photos of our products. Minor variations (e.g. colour differences due to screens, hand-dyed yarn variations) may occur.
